I'm a Technology and Product executive with a record of building organizations from the ground up and driving digital transformation in healthcare. I currently serve as VP, Portfolio Product Strategy and Technology at SCAN Group, where I work across a portfolio of companies to shape the technology and product future of senior care.
I led the zero-to-one development of a modern technology ecosystem at myPlace Health, including a proprietary platform built for the PACE care model, bringing AI-driven, interoperable solutions to an industry ready for transformation.
Two decades in healthcare technology has taught me one thing above all else: the people it serves should barely notice it exists. My work has always been about the clinician who needs clarity in a complex moment, and the patient who deserves seamless, dignified care. That is what I build toward.

Built the technology and product organization from the ground up, encompassing EMR, CRM, data, and interoperability platforms.
Championed AI and automation: ambient clinical documentation, predictive analytics, digital participant engagement.
Led the organization through SOC 2 Type II certification; served as trusted technology advisor to CEO and Board.

Managed quoting and enrollment applications across Shopper Portals; supported annual health plan refresh across 14 states.
Contributed to enterprise-wide Grievances and Appeals (MAGI) application.

One of the things I am most proud of is not a product or a platform — it is the people. Product managers, engineers, and data professionals who have followed me from one organization to the next, not because they had to, but because they wanted to. Building teams where people feel genuinely valued, challenged, and heard is not a soft skill to me. It is the work.

The most meaningful measure of any product is not a metric — it is what the people it was built for say about it.
We were able to revive a patient who came into the ER. His full health history and current medications were right there. We had everything we needed in seconds.
